A teenager should never have to carry his brother's coffin...
I was way more upset than I thought I would be...and I'm tired now, but I'm relieved that it's over...I hate funerals...

I got a message on my phone this morning -
"do you remember JP who went to school with us?"
I dread these kind of texts...cos I know nothing good will come of it. When I replied -
"yeah, course I do, why?"
I already knew what she was going to tell me.

I had heard on the radio loads of times since Sunday that a boy had suddenly collapsed and died at the Electric Picnic music festival in Ireland, but I never even began to think it would be somebody that I knew.
I managed to stay busy and occupied all day and kept my mind going, but now that I come home and my family are gone to bed and it's so quiet and I am sitting down...it's just hit me. I'm just so stunned...cannot believe it...
I'll be at home all day tomorrow on my own...hopefully I can find things to keep me busy...
RIP
